Chadron is a city in Dawes County, in the state of Nebraska in the Great Plains region of the United States. It is the county seat of Dawes County, and the location of Chadron State College.
Located in a clump of shade trees just off of Shelton St in the War Memorial Park, this Liberty Sister has seen better days. The rays in her crown are missing and she is sporting many dents from hail damage. She rests on an eleven point base atop a three-foot pedestal at 903 Shelton St in the war Memorial Park.
