Our sister in Waterloo is located at the northern end of the Veterans Memorial Park, along the river bank, just off Cedar St and 4th. She has a beautiful patina to her. It is not known to us of this is a natural or chemically produced patina. She has been restored at some time in her history. She stands atop a stone pedestal prominent in the center of the walkway through the park.
