This lady stands atop a 4 foot concrete pedestal within a 5 pointed concrete star base. Her base is positioned on the south east corner of the county court house grounds in a prominent manor. Both the statue itself and its base were in need of attention when we visited her. Google Earth imagery suggests however that at least the base has been cleaned of the stains it has in our images below. She had a beautiful patina that has hopefully been preserved.
