This lady sits on the south west corner of the county court house grounds. She faces the southwest from atop her 4 foot natural stone pedestal. Her pedestal is contained within a five pointed star planter base where she is surrounded by blooming red, white and deep blue (okay, purple maybe) flowers during season.
