Hays is a city in and the county seat of Ellis County, Kansas, United States. The largest city in northwestern Kansas, it is the economic and cultural center of the region. It is also a college town, home to Fort Hays State University.

Located just off Main St at the public library you will find this sister snuggled between twin cedars at the eastern corner of the property.  Her base is an eleven point star planter constructed of stone bricks of various sizes.  Her pedestal is build of the same material and lofts her to a view from five feet.
