This sister stands outside the City Hall and Police Station. She is positioned on the north east quadrant of the grounds just off the main entrance. She has been refurbished at some time and has a golden color to her skin. Her pedestal is used to display plaques commemorating several different events in the town’s history. These plaques can be seen in the gallery images accompanying this article.
