Sioux City is a city in Woodbury and Plymouth counties in the western part of the State of Iowa. The population was 82,684 in the 2010 census, which makes it the fourth largest city in Iowa.

For fifty years this sister stood in from of the Sioux City Public Museum. In 2003 she was moved into storage for a full decade. Finally she was re-dedicated, moved to her permanent home and returned to the view of the public at the Liberty Elementary School Library.
