This sister is supposed to be located on the Sidney Dew Scout Camp property which is at N 34 31″ 46.46′, W 85 06″ 32.14′. Quite a ways from Rome. We have been unable to locate the sister using Google Earth so we are turning to our viewers for assistance in locating and determining the fate of this sister. We will list her as “missing in action.” If you have information or photos of the Rome Sister please use our online form to submit them.
Update: She is NOT missing in action after all. Rob Stone from Scouting.org has provided us with a new image of this sister that is actually located about 40 miles from Rome at Camp Sidney Dew is Armuchee, GA. He states that this sister has been there since 1951. Thank you Rob.
