Cushing is a city in Payne County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 7,826 at the 2010 census, a decline of 6.5 percent from 8,371 at the 2000 census. The city was established after the Land Run of 1891 by William “Billy Rae” Little.

The historical data says there should be a sister in the city park on the 900 block of S Little St. However, the park is no longer at this location. The park itself has evidently been moved north a few blocks and there is no replica there that I can find using Google Earth. She appears to be missing in action.
