Perched atop a 6 foot painted concrete pedestal she sits on the south west corner of the Washington County Court House grounds facing the west.  She has been partially refurbished with an application of gold paint replacing her copper patina.  At the time of our visit she had seen better days despite the restoration effort.  Her arm is twisted and her head seems to be slightly bowed.  It was suggested at the time that a local scout might be undertaking her further restoration as his Eagle Scout project.  Examining her with Google Earth her pedestal appears to have been painted but I cannot make out the details of the previously observed damage.
