Hibbing is a city in Saint Louis County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 16,361 at the 2010 census. The city was built on the rich iron ore of the Mesabi Iron Range.

She sits atop a pedestal proclaimed by plaque to be dedicated to the memory of Donald Kozlik who gave his life on the battlefield serving his country in the Korean War. She appears to have been coated with some sort of protective coating as her copper color is very vibrant. She sits on the south east quadrant of the city hall office complex.
