I find the following references to the verified existence, as recently as 2015, of this Liberty Sister:

We have not visited this sister and as such we have no gallery images or stories to share. Further, Google didn’t get within range of the sister’s location so we cannot see her using Google Earth. The coordinates given are to the center of Washington Park in Burns. I would guess her to be in the south west corner of the park at the intersection of E Adams and N Birch Ave.
