Rawlins, Wyoming

rawlins-wyRawlins is a city in Carbon County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 9,259 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Carbon County. It was named for Union General John Aaron Rawlins, who camped in the locality in 1867.

This sister stands proudly on the north west corner of the Carbon County Court House property.  It appears that several of her crown points are missing and she is generally showing her age.
